Sure! If there's an item on PITS you want to vote for, simply
edit the PITS item and append a number from 1-5 representing your
"vote" to the end of the "Priority" item (1=low, 5=high).

For example, PITS #00531 (http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PITS/00531)
is about adding complex expressions to conditional markup.
Currently PITS 00531 has a priority of "5344", which means that
four people have voted for it, one with a vote of "5",
two with a vote of "4", and one with a vote of "3". So, if
someone wants to vote at a level of "2", simply edit the page
and change the priority to "53442".

To vote strongly *against* a proposed feature or action to
be taken, add a vote of "X".

Handling the priorities in this way lets us simultaneously see
how many people are interested in an issue (number of votes)
and how strongly each feels about it (weight of votes).
