I think Thomas may be right! The wikiforms, when invoking a form
to edit a page, doesn't take account of GroupHeader and GroupFooter
pages. I'll have to see how I can allow people to put (:noleft:)
and (:noright:) into a wikiform template. Unfortunately, I wrote
wikiforms before the edit template code existed, so I'll have to
do some investigating on this one.

After I have investigated, I should be able to work out how long
it will take to add this feature. Hans' suggestion looks very
promising, but I need to work out how to implement it. Alternatively,
wikiforms may be able to emit GroupHeader and GroupFooter and
have pmwiki take care of things...
