This was not so hard: in fact we only needed something whing could be
rendered *at the end* as a '$':

$GUIButtons['h1'] = array(400,
                         '(:title TypePageTitle:)\\n!{&#36;Titlespaced} ',
                         '\\n', '$[Page Title]',
                         '$GUIButtonDirUrlFmt/h2.gif"$[Page Title]"');
