[pmwiki-users] Using title of page as link text

I think this has been asked before, but how do I get a link
to use the title of the target page instead of the WikiWord?
That is, if a page FooBar has (:title My Title:) markup, I want the
following markup (or equivalent):
 
<<|FooBar|>> 
 
to generate:
 
<< | My Title | >>
