[pmwiki-users] pmwiki-2.0.13 released, notes on 2.1

I've just released pmwiki version 2.0.13, which contains some minor
bugfixes and improvements prior to starting the 2.1.beta series
(later today).  This is likely to be the last release in the 2.0.x
series.

Note that starting with 2.1.beta1, PmWiki will have WikiWords
disabled by default, and they will have to be explicitly enabled
by setting $LinkWikiWords = 1; in local/config.php.  It's okay to
go ahead and make this setting change now.
