[pmwiki-users] add cssclass to wikitable

If you look at the end of the local/config.php, there's this entry:

# $GUIButtons['table'] = array(600,
#                       '||border=1 width=80%\\n||!Hdr ||!Hdr ||!Hdr 
||\\n||     ||     ||     ||\\n||     ||     ||     ||\\n', '', '',
#                     '$GUIButtonDirUrlFmt/table.gif"$[Table]"');

Delete the #s, add whatever class you want instead or after 'border=1 
width=80%' and you're ready to go; tell your authors to click the button 
when they want to add tables.

Incidentally, "Insert table" is a better alt string for that button.
