[pmwiki-users] SkinChange shows no effect...

Hallo Leute,

After uploading  skinchange.php to cookbook and adding the following 
lines to local/config.php

##SkinChange aktivieren
$PageSkinList = array(
       'pmwiki' => 'pmwiki',
       'classic' => 'flexi',
       'thorralf' => 'thorralf');
   @include_once('cookbook/skinchange.php');

like it had been described in the text, nothing happens, if I use 
http://www.thorralf.de/wiki/pmwiki.php?setskin=thorralf !

What went wrong?
