Well, relative links could be made to work if the basepage was
known -- on the other hand, I would expect most relative links to
other pages (as opposed to attachments) to become [[page name]] links
rather than [[text -> something.html]], so there'd still be some
manual editing to do.

List structures worked for me at least to the first bullet; anything more
complex than that probably still requires editing.  At any rate, I've
been able to do migrations of several fairly extensive sites via 
copy and paste in less than an hour.
