Firstly, Thanks for reminding about global declaration.

I have simplified the code along with security code and now the skin 
installation requires as usual just a single entry to be made:
i.e $Skin = 'notebook';

But would not know where to upload.
Pm could you please tell me if this skin would be acceptable for display.
