I added this nugget to http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/MarkupTricks

If anyone can figure out the syntax to make "markup" work, this would 
provide a better example:

(:markup:) [=
  [= some code here
more code
more
until you're done, then =] =]

It would be handy to have a way of "escaping" "=]" for these kinds of 
markup examples.
