notebookskin v1.0.8 uploaded, :)
  -- Refined Discuss Link Code.
  -- Minor code clean.

Drawback of dicuss link creating recursive links is removed.
Now when there is no existent discuss page then dicuss link directly takes to 
discuss edit page. If discuss edit page to a particular page exists than the 
discuss link is highlighted to indicated its presence.
On discuss page if sub-discuss page exist than the discuss link is activated 
else disabled. (One can always create sub-discuss pages in usual pmwiki page 
creating methods)
