Ahh I got it wrong. The group "Content" does in fact exist, it just
did not have a HomePage or a page Content.Content. It contains some
pages for the drop down menus used by Notebook2Skin.

So (:pagelist fmt=group:) does work fine, but it seems not being
documented so far.
