I have been waiting for an opportunity to use a word I learnt recently, so
thank you, Neil...
The first step in using categories is to develop a 'folksonomy' -- an
informal vocabulary suitable for categorising the pages in question.
These might be the names of the 'aggregator pages'.
Using your example, put '[[!passwords]]' on all pages about passwords.
You might put [[!tables]] on all pages about tables, [[!links]] on
all pages about links, and so on.
A page can be in more than one catgory, but a good start might be to
put most pages into at least one category.
