Nice.

It'd be really good if you could add a recipe for creating a new markup 
using ParseArgs. I guess it's more or less the information on 
Cookbook/ParseArgs together with one or two examples of how it is used. I 
imagine you can just take something out of stdmarkup.php or pmwiki.php?

A suitable page name could be Cookbook/AddingMarkup -- hang on, I'm 
just going to check that this page doesn't already exist -- nope :-)
