Hmm... one a more or less plain installation, the markup

	Wikipedia:Stonehenge

results in a link to

	http://www.wikipedia.com/wiki/Stonehenge

Maybe you should take a step backwards and install a separate test 
installtion, where you verify that the pre-define interlinks works?
