No. See PmWiki/Links. Links which accept link text will be either of
the form [[link | link text]] or [[link text -> link]], always in
double square brackets.

PHP array definition come in various forms, often like
 'keyword' => 'value', they may be hard to spot for a translator, but
as a general rule anything in quotes like 'keyword' or "definition value"
is not a pmwiki link, even though it may be page name.
The hardest part is to know which parts of the php code refers to
translatable words, and which words will need to stay English, since
they are used by the system (as you have seen with the wiki style color
definitions).
