Oops, I have the setting wrong in script/wikistyles.php -- the
above should work.  It'll be fixed for the next release.

As an aside, one can turn off $HTMLStylesFmt entirely by setting

    $HTMLHeaderFmt['styles'] = '';

which may or may not be a simpler mechanism for what you want.
