The page looks good to me. There are two usability items that might help:

1) A NOPASS entry obscures what password source is being NOPASSed. For 
instance, group and site NOPASSed entries would look the same. Maybe 
NOPASS(g) or NOPASS(s) ??

2) Because the table is so long. it is hard to keep track of the column 
names. Not sure how best to solve this.

I also could not see any site level passwords. Does PmWiki.org really have 
none?
