Is it the word "convert" that is being blocked, or perhaps "converting"?

I haven't looked closely at the blocklist2.php recipe, but in general
this question ends up being a fairly difficult choice.  If we don't
block on entire words, then "cialis" will inadvertently block "specialist".  
If we do block on entire words, then it becomes pretty easy for someone to
write things like "_cialis_" or "cialiss" to get around the block.

Pm
