This works for me. I only have one or two "nopass" pages, and I can't
remember where they are!

Where set first, then maybe id: and group:. Just where set alone would be a
huge help.

I'm not sure if this really tells us what we want to know. The abc page is
attribute-protected due to its edit password, so it might make more sense
to show:
|| abcd.abcdef || (edit) || --- || group || ---- ||
The line you have for zxcv confuses me - does the upload really get
cascaded from the read password? If so, why doesn't it happen on the abc line?
