[pmwiki-users] Problem with Commentbox and Beta 44

Looks like it's because transition.php is (always) adding GUIButtonCode 
into $EditFunctions, but GUIButtonCode is loaded only when ?action=edit .
For comments with ?action=comment, it's not working.

Now fixed for the next beta release.
