[pmwiki-users] Keep() function documented

Hi all,

I just documented my current understanding of the second parameter of 
the Keep() function on http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/Functions#Keep .

Anybody with an interest in the issue is invited to check for 
inaccuracies. (Note that I have named the parameters differently than in 
the PHP source to better reflect their purpose.)
