PmWiki was never designed to allow three-level page names (i.e., with
two dots in them), so it ConvertV1WikiD doesn't know what to do with
"Group.Page.Comments".

You might try renaming the file to Group.Page-Comments -- ConvertV1WikiD 
will then convert the page under that new name.
