I agree.
Adding features also introduces the risk of browser incompatibility.
A good example is the nice edit buttons to apply markup. These don't
work on Mac OS X under either Safari or OmniWeb (unless I am doing
something wrong, which is quite possible).
One of PmWiki's great strengths has been that it works with any browser
on any platform.
