Err. Can I suggest that this be made very conspicuous? In general, people will
link to sites that they like, and so they contribute to its Google ranking.
By putting rel=nofollow everywhere, we are breaking this behaviour. My
thought would be something like having it a part of urlapprove, only, I do
see the benefit of having it on by default. Perhaps an example in
sample-config.php that shows how to turn it off.
