Maybe there should be a configurable option for how page titles are 
generated/rendered by default? So that the page
	GlobalWarmingMayCauseTsunami

would have its default title shown as

	Global warming may cause tsnunami

rather than

         Global Warming May Cause Tsunami

There are certainly drawbacks with this scheme as well. How should you 
properly render the title of MyCSSSetup? What I actually want here is

	My CSS setup

but I'm not sure it's easy to make a transformation rule that gets 
that right.
