[Pmwiki-users] how can I display the current skin name?

I inserted this into my WikiFarm config.php, and what I get when I put 
{$Skin} on a page is the word "Array".

You can see it on the home page of http://neil.eton.ce/wiki/

where I have used this markup:

Despite what I've said elsewhere, this Wiki is using the 
[[http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/{$Skin} | {$Skin} Skin]]

Do I need some extra voodoo PHP quotes because it is inside a link?
