[Pmwiki-users] Backup wiki.d and uploads

I was wondering if anyone got a backup script, which would download
any new/modified wiki pages in wiki.d and any new/modified uploaded
files in uploads. It does not need to run automatically at scheduled
times (yet), but just started manually.

In the moment i am backing up the files from the webhosting server by
downloading all files. i thought a script may reduce the download time
by selecting just modified and new files.
  
Or are there general (free) utilities for this job which i am not aware of?
