Why is this a bug (or, what is it that you expected "align=left" to
do)?  The 'align=left' parameter for a table causes the table to be
floated to the left side of the page, and text that follows is
then wrapped around the right side of the table.  See the HTML 4.01 spec 
at http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/struct/tables.html#h-11.2.1 .

If you want the paragraph to continue to appear AFTER the table,
use the [[<<]] markup to insert a <br clear='all' /> into the output.
