I think there is an easy way to add comment page to a page through a
new method (ex. comment) that let's edit a page with the same name of
the mother page with a subfix or an extension (MainPage ->
ManiPage.Com) the action should apply to password protected page too
and can be exposed in the user interface through a link like
edit/changes etc.

Cause the comment page is a normal wiki page can be managed easily
with same interface etc.

delete action shoudl consider the comment page to.. and maybe some
other cookbook will need a revision.
