[pmwiki-users] Minor changes to WikiForms

I have updated the recipe that uses a wiki page as a
form template for a PITS-like system. See
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/WikiForms

A working example is at
http://intranet.affinity.co.nz/pmwiki2/index.php?n=Issues.Issues

Changes are:
- automatically add a 'View Form' link to a FormTemplate
page, so the form designer can see what the form will
  look like, and test it

- tidy up the 'page score' sorting mechanism (which is
  very basic, but now works)

Notes:
It follows PITS in assigning the next number as a page name.
However, it doesn't have to; it is relatively easy to define
an alternate $LinkPageCreateFmt variable to use a form to
create new pages from 'page name?' links. On the 'when in
doubt, leave it out' principle, I haven't implemented this.

This is a deliberately 'lightweight' recipe, using

    :term:definition text

to lay out the pages. An administrator can control the
layout to a degree with css. However, if you need rich page
and form control, you may want to look at John Feezell's
Form Guide System at
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/FormGuideSystem

Comments welcome.
