I've already got the trail markup in GroupHeader... 

Why do you say 'ick'?  I wonder if you understand what I'm thinking of
here... For wiki.lyx.org I have a feeling that a checkbox would be very
useful for infrequent authors?  For that matter, I'd probably find it
convenient myself.
