[pmwiki-users] TableOfContents script

Another newbie question:

 

Downloaded the pagetoc.php file and loaded it to /cookbook. Also added the"
@include.' appropriately to the bottom of the config.php file.

 

If I attempt to invoke the script with the (:toc:) tag no results are
parsed. I assume that the script is being invoked as the (:toc:) is not
displayed. 

 

I presume I am missing something in the invocation. Reading the cookbook, I
appear to be doing it right. I am not using MarkupExtensions or PublishPDF.

 

Clues?
