I have added the following to 
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/DocumentationGuidelines

This may seem to be contrary to the advice on 
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/BasicEditing , but it is not. I am 
assuming that BasicEditing is directed to all authors while the guidelines 
are directed to authors writing PmWiki docs.
