[pmwiki-users] Extending WikiStyles to permit rgb()

I'd like to extend WikiStyles to permit rgb() colors.  However,  I find it
difficult to tell where in ApplyStyles() PmWiki validates WikiStyle
parameters.  If possible,  I'd also prefer not to change the original
PmWiki code,  but looking at ApplyStyles(),  that may be necessary.
