[pmwiki-users] updates to gemini and fixflow skins

Hi, new updates to gemini and fixflow skins are uploaded.

Changes are:
Added automatic installation of skin config pages via skin's/wikilib.d
Added (:theme:) markup to display color and font schemes for
individual pages or groups.
Added 'silver' colour scheme.
Updated all color and font css files.
Rightbar background & border styling is now part of the color css
files and not via skin.php.
Small changes to main layout metrics (replaced some em values with
px) for more precise alignments of page divisions.
Added a wrapper div to aid background styling with (:background:)
markup (not included).
