That's a nice one, way better than cluttering things up with lots of
(:ifs:)! But maybe the call should read more like this:
<!--wiki:$Group.ActionLinks-$Mode $Group.ActionLinks
$SiteGroup.ActionLinks-$Mode $SiteGroup.ActionLinks
Site.ActionLinks-$Mode Site.ActionLinks-->
which covers several more cases.
