Rather than creating a new list, we could add our own prefixes to the 
subject line, so it would be easier to write filters. Like:

Re: [pmwiki-users][Doc] should the faq have squiggles in the left margin?

Re: [pmwiki-users][Dev][Suggestion] can we have PmWiki do windows too?

Re: [pmwiki-users][Skin] can someone test my new Pukka on Konqueror?

Re: [pmwiki-users][Help] my cat has eaten the php interpreter! How 
can I recover it?
