[pmwiki-users] does the Q&A markup need to be installed on each page?

You mean the "A:"?  Please don't!

If you do that, please provide a way to hide the A: via skin.php.

    Best by far: Hide both the Q: and the A:
    Not good: Show both the Q: and the A:
    Worst: Show one of them, but not the other.
