See Cookbook:RenamePage
This avoids broken links in 2 ways:
- the original page is retained with a redirect to the
new page, so all links *to* the page are retained
- the author has an option to qualify any unqualified
links with a group name, so all links *from* the page
can be retained, if desired
It uses redirect rather than searching out all references
to the renamed page and changing them because this may
inadvertently change the sense of what had been written.
