This is already part of the Cookbook:MarkupExtensions rcipe.

Currently, this fixes:
		'A',
		'An',
		'And',
		'But',
		'By',
		'For',
		'From',
		'In',
		'Is',
		'It',
		'Of',
		'On',
		'Or',
		'The',
		'To',
		'With',

It also unspaces Mac and Mc.
