[pmwiki-users] enable Cookbook/SearchTerms on pmwiki.org ?

The problem with enabling specific recipes sitewide on pmwiki.org 
is that it may confuse new administrators into believing that the 
feature is available in the distribution.  Thus I tend to keep 
pmwiki.org consistent with the distribution as much as I can.

It could mean that the SearchTerms recipe needs to be included in
the distribution, but I'm not sure I'm quite ready for that.
