Thanks.  Have a look at <http://cbfa-cos.org/xwiki/Main/WikiSandbox> and 
see what you think.  Shouldn't be a problem to integrate your table 
structure into the next version of FGS.  It will require one small 
change in the code you sent me before, updating existing pages that have 
forms attached, and applying ?action=prepform to update the formguides 
on your system.

Your table structure is interesting.  It appears to work correctly with 
single field structures but I think it would need to be modified to 
handle self-replicating fields and bundles that FGS uses.  I plan to 
experiment with it some more.
