Actually, $ScriptUrl is indeed supposed to point to the pmwiki.php
script, not the scripts/ directory.  I agree it's potentially
confusing -- the fact that they have similar names didn't occur
to me when I created the scripts/ directory (waaaay back in
pmwiki-0.2, circa February 2002).
