[pmwiki-users] Changing charset from ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8

Hello,

is there a nice way to convert existing pages from a pmwiki written 
with ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8?

Some Browser seems not to show chars like the " €" euro-symbol 
properly. Switching the page to UTF-8 would solve this problem. Is 
there a possibility to change the charset without loosing existing 
(latin 1) special charcters (like the euro and german "umlauts")?
