A few comments so far

* Might be nice to suggest a place for the .jar-file, e.g.
	pub/PmWikiDraw
  (it's nice to not have to be too creative when installing)
* Why does the .zip-file contain another .zip-file? If that's the source,
  maybe it could be placed in a separate archive, or perhas in the same
  archive but unziped and in a directory called e.g. 'src/'.

Actually, if you created a directory tree like this:
.
|-- pub
|   `-- PmWikiDraw
|       |-- PmWikiDraw.jar
|       '-- src
|           '-- <source files>
|-- local
    '-- PmWikiDraw.php

the installation would simplify to doing something like:

	cd <pmwiki-root-directory>
	unzip PmWikiDraw.zip
