[Pmwiki-users] Markup for hanging indents?

I have been asked about formatting a bibliography which
would outdent the first line, so author names stand out:

Flywheel, Wallace, Mark Shyster and Stanley Flywheel.
        "Never give a sucker an even break" ...

Sue, Henry, James Grabbitt and Sally Runn. "Creative
        taxation strategies" ...

And so on. The formatting bit is easy; but it needs
a sensible markup.

I thought of

Anyone have any proposals?

And yes, they also want a directive to link from the text to
the corresponding reference. It's probably [[re:Page#Anchor]]
(PmWiki 1 notation).

But no, it's not going to try to deconstruct the elements of
each bib entry. Maybe later.
