[Pmwiki-users] New cookbook entry : Image resizing

I have added a new cookbook entry for image upload and resizing.

It is used as :    Img:image.ext
As a link it is functionnaly equivalent to :
[[Attach:image.s.ext ->  Attach:image.p.ext]]
Small image is displayed and link to a larger image.

When this markup is clicked first it open a special image upload windows.
After validation, images are then automatically resized and stored.
IPTC tags are set in the upload window.
