Hi

Due to the recent discussion link markup, I'd just like to check that I've
understood a few things properly regarding the attributes alt= and title=.

Statements (please correct me if I've gotten this wrong):

* For link elements, we want to be able to set the title-attribute which
could for instance describe what the link points to.

* For image elements, we want to be able to set the alt-attribute for user
agents that doesn't show images. This is useful for e.g. text
browsing, blind people or people with low bandwidth.

* A link element can not have an alt-attribute, whereas an image element
may have a title attribute as well.

* An abbreviation or acronym element should have a title element that
  explains the abbreviation or acronym.

/Christian
