[Pmwiki-users] Restore not working, windows server?

I'm using the WinDiff on a windows server, and the change log properly
displays the changes, and the data files contains a proper (I guess)
diff for the changes. But in the change log if you click Restore it
doesn't restore the page, it just has the current page in the edit
box... What else could be wrong? I hope this is abnormal functionality
and not how it is designed.
